Meet Kelly Donovan - Principal, Kelly Donovan & Associates

   Since starting the firm in 2007, Kelly Donovan has been equipping her audiences and job seeker clients with up-to-the-minute strategies, tactics, and tools for job search.
  Her career advice has been seen in/on Forbes, Fast Company, Reader's Digest, the New York Post, Money Magazine, Glassdoor, Entrepreneur, and other media. She was also a contributor to Resumes for Dummies, (Wiley, 2015 and 2019), and two other career books.
   Kelly has earned the following certifications: 
  • Certified Hidden Job Market Coach - CHJMC - through the Career Thought Leaders Consortium
  • Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert - NCOPE (focused on LinkedIn) - through the National Resume Writers' Association
  • Certified Professional Resume Writer - CPRW - through the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches
   Kelly is also active in the National Resume Writers' Association, Career Thought Leaders, and Career Directors International.
   Her own career included working as a manager at a  PR and marketing firm and as an award-winning daily newspaper reporter. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Florida.
