   Kelly started the firm in 2007, and over the last two decades she and her team have been providing ever-evolving strategies, tactics, and tools to help job seekers land faster, earn more, and love their work.
  Her career advice has been seen in/on Forbes, Fast Company, Reader's Digest, Money Magazine, Business Insider, the New York Post, Entrepreneur, WIRED, CIO.com, and many others. She was also a contributor to Resumes for Dummies, (Wiley, 2015 and 2019), and two other career books. 
   Kelly has earned the following certifications:

  • Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert - NCOPE (focused on LinkedIn), through the National Resume Writers' Association

   In her previous career, she managed a small PR and marketing firm working with businesses spanning 10+ diverse sectors in Southern California, and prior to that was an award-winning journalist. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, FL.
